I have a question. I want to play w/ my mom one time or with a friend on the same account, NOT Telling him the pass/account, but anyway, can we use the same account at once?

We appreciate your dilemma, however online games simply don't work like that, young Wizard.
One account=one login at a time.


You can, however, request that your account be split so you both have your own accounts.

Yes we can transfer characters as a limited courtesy between two accounts if:

a) both accounts (the from & to) are linked in a Family of Accounts
b) both accounts pass our security checks
c) both accounts are subscribed for a 1 year term

If your situation meet these conditions, send an email to support@wizard101.com and let Mr Lincoln know the Source Account, the Destination Account, and the name of the character(s) to be transferred and he will look into the transfer for you.

All of Mr Lincoln's decisions are final when it comes to character transfer requests. All transfers are performed at the discretion of KingsIsle Entertainment

Your best bet here is to have mom or friends create their own account if you want to introduce them to Wizards. It will take about a 1/2 hr to get them going. Unless they played the game it would be over whelming to play in higher levels right off the bat I think. There is much to learn by starting fresh and getting to know how the game works early on. The free play area is pretty large to get the idea of the game.

Later you could join accounts under a family account to get savings in memberships, share crowns etc.
