I'll just get right to it. New pips Super pip and Mega pip. The Super pips would count as 3 pips. Their appear rate would boost 1% per 3 levels. So since power pips start at 10% at level 10 it would be 3% for level 15. Then mega pips would count as 4 pips. The Mega pip appear rate would boost 1% every 7 levels. It would start 1% at level 21. Well that's it.

not bad, but not good either. think about it, then a whole lot of gear would need to be changed and editted and power pips would become obsolete. if you want super pips try having them appear once you're an archmage. that would make them more useful and perfectly timed. as for mega pips, i dunno, perhaps at lvl 150, you know, just to balance out the usefulness. let this be a lesson: if you dont give something like this enough thought it'll never happen. savvy?

mega pips should start at lvl 20 and incress every lvl (worth 3 pips)

super pips at lvl 30 and incresses every two lvl (worth 4 pips)

epic pip start at lvl 50 and incress every five lvls (worth 5 pips)
