Lydia Greyrose summoned me and gave me a quest to get new spell Snow Angel. After defeating the boss in Savarstaad Pass I was asked to go to Ravenscar, but I am not able to go in there. Pretty much like you're trying to go through walls, the area doesn't even load.
Any help would me greatly appreciated, I really need to update my deck!

You cannot get to Ravenscar without defeating Jotun and seeing the king. We get school quests sometimes before we have access to those areas. Go battle Jotun's brothers, then him, etc., and you will gain access to Ravenscar
