They're rank 3 fire with 395 hit points so almost anyone can do them easily. I got 3 in an hour, my friend who was with me got none. However, a girl I met there said she averaged 3-4 an hour running two accounts simultaneously in separate realms over a week of farming, sometimes 1 an hour, sometimes 7.
