Wintertusk in Grizzleheim has really great crafted gear for all schools (some of the best in game at that level). It is for level 56, but if you haven't reached that area yet, finish up Gh and you will be at the right level in no time. Check on wizard central wiki for the craft vendor in Sudriland; you can see all the stats of the crafted gear available. The craft vendor in Vestrilund has great rings/athames recipes.
As for wands, crown shop or pack is the way to go. But there is one dropped wand people use that is pretty good; it is from the first dungeon in Aquila; the Sky Iron Hasta, level 30 wand gives power pip and 10 percent universal damage.
