Online Evergreen Bundle Question

Hello! I was wondering if the purchasable online Evergreen Bundle included 1 month of membership. Cause in the image it just says 5000 crowns. I want to know whether you have an option to choose 1 month of membership or 5000 crowns. Thank you!

When you purchase the Evergreen bundle online it does not come with the option for a month of membership. It comes with 5,000 Crowns instead.
