My char cannot continue questing in the part where you turn into a ballerina. Now before you do the dance you have to talk to a bear. The bear is not there preventing me from doing the dance, causing me not to be able to move on or quest my char. any further frustrated with this please help and fix this

I have found some new glitches that need to be fixed.
The final dungeon in Polaris have numerous glitches
1. Once you beat the boss, and the cutscene comes on -- it freezes. We cannot move or talk or anything. The only way to fix the problem is to log out.
2. Sometimes, when facing Rasputin, instead of actually facing him, we go into battle, and it ends in one round, with everyone skipping and nothing else. Rinse and repeat.
-- Other glitches: Most cutscenes' in game are very laggy and glitchy.
I will also add that when attempting to speak to Ivan after defeating Rasputin, it does not work. No matter how many times I click or press ''x'' on my keyboard. I can't submit the quest. I have killed Rasputin over 4 times already.
