I have a satyr that gives me the Satyr card at baby. If I level him up to teen, will he still give me a Satyr card? Or should I keep him a baby forever?

He'll give you that card forever.

More broadly, all pets keep the cards they get at baby as they level up. Some pets gain additional cards at higher levels.
