I would pick celestias giant archivist (which sounds like GladOS) I didn't see it on your list but i think that a giant sentient astrolabe is worth noting yes.

I vote the Baobab Tree. Not on the list, but it sure is a wonder of the spiral.

Nidavellir for sure. I can hardly wait until it's finally revealed what's been hiding behind those final two doors for all of these years.

Nastrond.

The Tomb of Storms.

Dragonspyre Academy.

Architecturally and historically I'm not really coming up with any definite must haves for the last 3 spots. The ones I've chosen are also in no particular order.

Perhaps include either the Pyramid of the sun or the Krokosphinx in Krokotopia. I definitely agree with Mt. Olympus and Nidavellir. Also Big Ben.

Personally, I think one of the Aztecan structures has to be up there. To me I think some of the ones later in the story, mostly twin giants, deserves to be in that list. Definitely Big Ben, Alter of Kings, Nidavellir, Mount Olympus, the waterfall in floating land, the waterfall in alto-alto, and twin giants/floating mountains.

I would have to say mine are as follows:

  1. House of Scales (Krokotopia): the lava area with the Egyptian statues where the final boss Ammit is; this is my favorite area of the game, it just looks so cool!
  2. River of Souls in Hades (Aquila): The darkness illuminated by the green fog of souls is creepy but also very cool looking!
  3. Crystal Caves (Avalon): Shiny, prismatic gloriousness everywhere!

Those are my top 3, all I can think of for now
