I was wondering, where do you get the spirit caller drums from? I checked if Koyate Ghostmane sold it, but I couldn't find it at all Does someone else sell it, because the quest says he sells it.
Greyrose is correct, and the drums you need to craft the spirit caller drums are crafted. You can get the recipe for those drums in celestia. Good luck on this crafting quest! It is BY FAR the hardest.
