I'm only asking this so I Know what to expect.

I don't know but he is COMPLETELY overpowered. he cheats by destroying your shields, taking away your turns, casting two spells in one turn, etc., etc., etc.

The developers really need to take away some of his hacks

Are you talking about Tower of the Helephant? if not, I don't know what you are talking about then...
I just finished Wysteria the other day, and I remember defeating Randolf thus winning the tournament.

It really depends on what you mean by "last boss". Technically I guess he could be considered the last boss because he's the final battle in the main story-line tournament. But if you're doing the side quests then that's a different story. It all depends on the order in which you do everything. You can defeat him but still have open quests in Wysteria.

I think the final boss in the main storyline is Lord Bramble.

Well, Randolf Spellshine is classified as an "Elite" enemy, meaning that he's not a proper boss, as well as the other Wysterian tournament opponents from the Spiral Cup Tournament. He, along with others, doesn't have his health higher than the normal & elite enemies, even though he does cheats.

Did someone thought that they would be reclassified as bosses or not?
