I'm planning on getting the housing items practice and ranked pvp and derby kiosk for the house i might try to do it on my storm once its a higher level if i can get the tickets i was wondering are you able to trade them back and forth from character to character cause it doesn't say if they are and i don't want to waste my time to not be able to trade it to the character i want it on
