In the side quest "My End of the Bargain" all three quest objectives, go to mandible cave, fight Rezzon, and talk to romo nighteyes, are available at once in the same as a zeke quest is. The problem is that you can talk to Romo and he will thank you for bringing back the music boxes before you have fought Rezzon.
It is not a major bug but I find it rather annoying.
