I just have bought the White Winter Owl from the crown shop. I leveled him up to a teen and he learned the talent Guardian Wall. That makes it cast a Tower Shield when ever it wants right. Well I have been fighting for ever and it has never done it even once. If there a reason for it like I am not doing something right or is it the game hating on me and not wanting me to have a Tower Shield. Can you please answer it?

There is a trigger known but if it happens is another issue.
