Is the spell Keeper of the Flame still in that MS dungeon? If not where can I craft it?

Master Yan Kan Kook is located in Shiritaki Temple where you have to defeat the Plague Oni. Cost of the recipe if you want to craft it is 60k in gold. If your lucky and have crowns, you can try to get the spell through the Keeper's Lore Pack.

Not sure what dungeon you are referring to, but the crafting info is here (and the same site has info on the bosses that drop the treasure card):
