marleybone problems

For some reason, when ever I go to some of the areas in Marley bone it says failure to load zone, and logs me out. I've tried this with two of my wizards and now I can't log on to them because of it. My friends been having the same problems.

try turning off your computer and back on again, then log in and try again. If that doesn't work, contact support

I'm so sorry this happened to you! I did some checking around the web, and the only solution that I could find was that you have to uninstall and reinstall Wizard 101 because one of the world files is corrupted -- or at least that's what the source said. I don't think it'll delete your characters or inventory or anything because all of that should be stored on the KI servers. So once you uninstall and reinstall, you should be able to put in your username and password and it'll bring your wizard back up. I hope this helps!
