New weapon/wand

I came ip with an idea for a wand! Dual swords like the musuth beserkers in zafaria. When i first saw them i loved the way they casted the spell and wished i could get them myself. Whaddya think?

I want the see a good scythe. Would love to get one for wand.

Stat suggestion:
+25% pips
+20% critical
+20% critical block
+2 power pips (allowing a 3 pip start)
Level 90+
Give 5 cards - 150 damage of 1 school

Wand damage would be set like most wands, 1 wand per school.
