only a blance wizard can use the triple shield you are talking about(you might be able to train for it, not sure)
you're right about 1 thing, they are balance wizards get them, but the elemental shield you get from enrolling in ravenwood, the spirit i dont recall specificly, but i do believe it is a school quest, so it is balance school only cards
