It says -100 myth, so doesn't that mean it would help me RESIST myth attacks more?
Well, when I'm wearing it, every time I get hit by a myth attack, it BOOSTS, but never resists.
I resist storm spells more than myth and I've never trained in storm.
On my character list it shows that it's -89%, not -100%.

A minus to any stat will decrease that stat. A minus to myth defense will give incoming myth damage a boost on you. The fact that it's -89% means that you have (+)11% myth defense on your other equipped items.

It says -100% (and then a defence sign). That means -100% to myth resistance. Myth resistance is the amount deducted from myth damage, so
-100% is deducted from myth damage. So 100% is added to it.

Well then what's the point in having an item that will BOOST an attack on you rather than RESIST an attack?
I was getting hit almost 800HP with a 265-325 card with a 35% boost shield.
When I did that, the most I got was 500HP damage.
Guess I'll be selling those robes and getting back 655 gold.. No point in having it, if it's just gonna kill me.
