cant get into house

i am doing quest for last life spell and cant get in the house to talk to oakheart can anyone help me please

This post may help you. You need to make sure you have completed the prior quest line before you can get to Oakheart in the Jade Palace.

i'm having same problem. i have completed tasks before it but still can not go in . can any one help

I suspect you have to do all of the elemental missions. When I did this there was a closing quest to meet with them in a house in the main area (with the zen garden, the big sandy rectangle). I suspect if you haven't met with them there, you can't do the life quest, but I've never done a life wizard :)
