It seems like there are a good 5-10 badges that are missing or broken. Just the other day I got a message that I received the "Piper of Dragonspyre" badge for completing the Cinder quest in Crystal Grove. This is no where to be found in my character sheet, however.
Then there's the Mander Savior badge, and the krokosphinx explorer, and a few others that come to mind.
