When can we start switching houses?

I know we cant switch houses. But i was wondering when will you guys be able for us to start switching houses?

i know its been taking out cause of some type of problem.
If thats the case, you should let us switch at level 15 or something.

If the items were the problem, mabe you should put a rule or something were we have to take the items out before switching?

Please let me know when you guys be able to!!!! please get to me soon thank you.
