I'm a lvl 37 ice still in mb. Can someone please help me find meow something hideout.

Don't worry, I didn't GET to MB till lvl 37. Work at you're own pace. It's only going to make MS easier, you know!

Quest arrow should point u in correct direction and if not check the museum because thats the portion for big ben which is the end of the level.

Your fine, its pretty good to be level 37 in Marleybone, you have a head start. You can find what your looking for online so you can finish your quest and go to Mooshu .
