You must have the quest "Smog and Stone" to go into The Lair of the Bane Wyrm. The quest is given by: Gwendolyn in Abbey Road. To receive this quest you must have completed the quest "Ten Years Gone" in Dun Dara. Given by Gwendolyn, to talk to her in Abbey road!
