Quest Helper Creating Lag?

My wife tried to play for the first time. She made it as far as cyclops lane. Once in there and accepted quests the lag was unbearable. I logged in on my account (same computer) and had NO lag. I played around with the settings and realised that she seemed to have no lag whenever we cut off the quest helper arrow.

I may be wrong, but it seems that quest helper creates lag in some areas.

I hope this works because at this point, I'm willing to try anything.

Yes we too figured that out. We are in Marlebone now, up on the roofs and it lags like crazy with the helper on - not very helpful in my opinion LOL.

Oh well.

My friend also has the same problem with the quest helper on and she is in MS it is worst on hatchery and she even gets booted out.I don't seem to have the same problems with the lag,but I do have problems where my helper just turns off for no reasons,or it shows me the wrong way to go
