There actually isn't anything after Wysteria. You get the spiral cup and you can go back there to do side quests. I don't know if there will be updates to Wysteria, but I hope there will be! 8) Hope I could help!

You are allowed access to Wysteria at level 25, it is like Grizzlehiem a side world. Once you are done with it you can return to the regular world you were working on. Grizzlehiem I do in stages, Wyesteria I enjoyed so much I did it beginning to end when I was able to go there.

You don't "Have" to beat MB first, but it is a good idea due to the monster's rank, and the bosses' high health.
