How do you get to krokotopia?

Im in wizard city and i cant get into the spiral chamber, how do i get in?

Have you done the quest?

After you finish the three streets off Olde Town, you will go see Headmaster Ambrose and he will give you 2 quests: 1 to go to Colossus and 1 to go to get a key to the archives from the tower in Olde Town. The second of those quests will eventually get you to the spiral and Krokotopia!
