My first idea is chain mail. It would help if your low on health. It would help you were at a certain percentage of your max health. Say you had less than 15% of your total health. The chain mail could give you some resist or some other stats except health, mana, and energy. For example it could give you 10%resist to all schools and 20% incoming healing. The purpose of the chain mail is to help you when you are at low health. My second idea is equipment enchantments. You would gain enchantment points which would let you upgrade one stat on your gear. You can get them the same way you get training points(leveling up a certain amount of times and doing certain quests). You can also buy them back with gold. Those are just my ideas.
