Play drum near kings cage in Savannah!

When I beat the boss in the dungeon I am then told to go play drum near kings cage. When I walk to the kings cage I cannot get close enough to get interaction. Can you please help me with and fix this issue please? Thank you!

Is there any resolution to this? I only have a few days remaining on my sub, and I would like to continue playing for what I paid for. Please help me.

Quest Helper is misleading you and we will be addressing all the Quest Helper issues later this week.

Ignore the Quest Helper and follow the instructions in the quest. You have to complete the dungeon before you can interact with the drum.

not to say your wrong professer grey stone but, I did do the dungeon and went by the cage and nothing happend I asked all my friends they said something was wrong I have no idea what to do now
