Balance School Requests

While the balance school is fun, it is severely under powered with its attack all spells. It will have difficulty playing solo in Avalon & winning.

I would suggest the following changes be made:

1. Hex-All spell at 30% or 35% for some level of casting above 70, costing 2 pips.
Otherwise, balance is left to cast 2 blades, and a hex on EVERY player, taking way too many rounds.

2. A balance blade boost wind of some sort. Something that adds another 20% to all damage attacks. (like the StormWynd or Fire Boost). I know we have powerplay, but that is fairly useless for the most part. Especially as we level up, and get gear that boosts our power-pip percentage to over 68%

3. Balance Prism spells. Two of these. One for single balance enemies, and one for "all-players" costing 2 pips. That we can get from the Ponycorn in Avalon. Otherwise, we are stuck casting "very weak" spells against balance enemies. In other words, balance is the ONLY school that cannot use it's X PIP judgement spell to hit a balance enemy. This makes battles near impossible to win when the boss is balance, and has over 15k life.

4. Far better legendary artisan crafting gear. If we have spent all that time, and all that money reaching legendary crafting status, then we should be able to craft far better gear than anything we can "win" in Water Works. Especially for balance. The hats by the way, are a great start, but the cloaks and shoes for crafting in Zafaria, are really lacking compared to what can be won in water works. Even still, Balance gear draws the short end of the stick. It would be wonderful to be able to craft a cloak for balance with similar stats to the Fire Cloak: inygmas burning robe. Something that focuses on Balance school alone.

ALL of the shoes at the legendary crafting place need much better stats before they are helpful. Most shoes DON'T come with any damage at all. This is a shame.

5. Sword of Kings in Avalon: should provide LIFE with critical block, otherwise it's useless.

6. Level 80 wizards who have completed Avalon, should START with 6 power pips in every battle. Even Avalon was difficult to complete when the wizards start with 4 pips (if your lucky), and the bosses and enemies all start with 14 to 16 pips on their own.
