Ok please fix the bone dragon mount bug!

I tried and tried to fix the mount. I have equiped the mount back on but it still doesnt work and i also had a friend saying it happened to one of his mounts so he uninstalled wizard101 and installed it again and i tried it 2 times but it still doesnt work. Please fix it. you dont know how many times i bought those cards to get crowns to get the mount and its my favorite. I really like the mount. Please Please fix it! From Blaze Legendbright Level 36

Ok, here's a few helpful tips:

1. Make sure your computer is up-to-date, I don't think this will be the problem but... Just incase.

2. We need to know the type of mount so that other message board members can say if they're having the problem too and how they fixed it.

They already told you the type of mount, the Bone Dragon from the Dragon's Hoard pack. I don't use my dragon cause it doesn't work right.
