Swimming on the surface of water

Yes, we can swim underwater, but why can't we swim on the TOP of water. I want to swim on my stomach on the top of the water when i go into a lake or pond, and I'm sure plenty of other wizards agree with me.

We should have some water playing emotes like swimming backwards, slpashing, and etc. Wouldn't that be fun?

you gotta remember to breath...

i think too many wizards would forget their Gillie weed and drown.
