Level 48 spells - If they haven't come out, can yo

I was wondering if you can still get the level 48 spells when they come out if you have already completed Dragonspyre and are maxed at level 50.

I am currently half way to level 47, and I don't want to level up to 48 if I won't be able to get the new spells once they come out.

Anyone have any RELIABLE info on this?

Yes.

The level 48 spells are currently only available on the Test Realm. When they go to the Live Realm, they will be available through a quest from your teacher. You have to be a minimum of level 48 to be given this quest.

Once the spells are available, if you are level 48 or higher, speak to your teacher to embark on this quest.
