Apparently the Milaka Jewelbender quest is broken right now. When you zone into her house she is locked in a crystal. I believe there should be 2 spiders guarding her, but there is nothing visible. When you walk across the battle grid toward Jewelbender you're pulled into a battle that has no enemies and never starts.
