Cannot access to Wyrd

Is there some level you have to be or a certain quest you need to complete to gain entry to Wryd?
I am trying to complete some quests (The Way of Wyrd and From Whole Cloth) and cannot get in Wyrd.
I am at level 74.

You should put this in haleston's labortory forum, but no there is no certain level you have to be.
