221 B Barker street?
What is happening there, all i see is that above the door there is a sign, it sort of looks like a shadow but i can't tell what it is. And I can't go inside, so why is it there? :?

It's for a quest that you do between Chelsea Court and The Ironworks.

Your quests in Marleybone will eventually lead you there. S. Bones will ask you to meet him there eventually and then it will be open to entrance.
