Ok so i reformat my computer wizard101 worked fine prior to that.I re-downloaded the game it patches fine and then after i hit play it does its whole loading thing but right befor where it would do intro i get an error and it will not show more than a white screen.Feed back would be great as this has been 2 days of my subscription wasted
