I had three warlords and one lower ranked wizard on my account, I stopped playing for awhile. I recently returned, and upon looking at my wizards, one is still a warlord and the other three are now privates who have never played a single match. All the wizards kept the tickets they earned, and still have the purchased PvP gear. How do I fix this?
