I got the quest to go see Milaka jewelbender to cut the crystal for the drake staff. Problem is, I can't get into her place. It is lit blue but wont let me in.
If my memory serves me, Milaka is in a different tower down the road past the second grove. It starts off there, then sends you to the tower in the grove itself.
