Water=Opposite of Ice/Fire Music=?? Unoriginal. Best i can come up with is the Life Nature noises Music and the Storm Lightning making loud crashing Noises Music. :/ Earth=Its already in Wysteria!=Life Air=IDK, Balance+Storm??

I really doubt that there will be any new primary schools added to wizard101. And besides, these ideas are very... unclear and undeveloped.

Take this one for example. Why is a bear teaching in Mooshu? Ice's specialty is already health and defence. Please develop your ideas more before posting about something, especially something as complicated as schools. And please be clear!
Air and Water along with thunder and lightning are basically what makes up Storm, Earth is Life, and Music? How is that a school of magic? If anything, it's incorporated in Life (Seraph, Satyr, etc.).
nice try, but this just isnt a perfect post. you need to practice your spelling, grammar and use of words and .,:'";!? correctly to make it more appealing and easier to understand. btw, storm is part water. just look at tempest and torrent (the school tree)

I'm all for calling out poor MUGS, but you might want to make sure your post is flawless in all those categories before you point them out in someone else's. By the way ".,:'";!?" is punctuation.
