Ok, so i only got this quest i think yesterday, 2nd of April, and i have to make two rings, seal of the Seraphim. I got this quest from Mushu but it wont let me make them. I have all the reagents for it but it says i cant make it in this area, or something along those lines, and i tried to make it in different areas but it still wouldnt work. I thought it was becasue of my level, but i dont think it would of given it to me if i wasnt at the right level. I'm confused on why it wont work and i need help, Please! Thank you.

Open your Quest Log file, and find this quest. Then click on the Information Bubble (the Question Mark in the upper left corner of your quest box), and read what Toshio told you to do.
Do you have the Equipment Crafting Station? If not, he tells you that Zhi Lan in Mooshu has this item in stock.

Are you trying to use the Basic Crafting table?
I believe the rings require the Equipment crafting table which you can purchase from the furniture vendor there in Mooshu.
The reason is that you have to have an equipment crafting station. It isnt the one that the person on wizardcity gave you. you can get the stations from housing vendors. :D The same thing happened to me. :-)
What crafting table are you trying to use when you attempt to make them. Certain recipes take different tables and this one takes an Equipment Crafting Station.
