Hi guys! Just wondering if something is wrong with your website. The main page little presentation box is white and sometimes I start up at the bottom on the web page and whenever I go up it glitches back down. I also tried to use Pay By Phone, but it just keeps refreshing the page whenever I select "Pay Now" and yes I selected the payment type. Please help me.

Sounds like this could be caused by a few different issues that thankfully have easy fixes.

1. Clear your cache.

2. Make sure your browser is up to date.
3. Make sure your javascript is up to date.

Its still the same... Guess it's because I got Windows 8 BUT, when I got windows 8 I had to refresh my computer because I couldn't locate any wireless routers with my laptop. It deleted most stuff on my laptop... I had to download wizard101 again. I'm going to double check and redo your insturctions. Thanks!
