Several things have to be done. You must have your level 48 pet - even tho most Life students never use him. Have completed Grizzlehiem and into Wintertusk, you must have completed the main story line there and have entered into the last area Northilund I believe it is called and the quest to go there is given by Mother Raven and called Northilund Exposure.
You will not receive a notice from your teacher you just have to go visit her.
