I have posted this before on the Player vs. Player subjects(since this spell was intended for pvp purposes), but I agree with Darth and Lion to post this on The Dorms too. I like to pvp with my Life and Fire wizards by doing 4v4 since those are the most action packed. However, a lot of the times i verse plague spammers. With these guys spamming virulent plagues, virulent plague treasures, plagues, and plague treasures it's hard to take them down. We usually win against these teams, but it would take about 2-3 hours to beat them. I think the only way to stop these kind of spamming and possibly smoke spammers too, is to make a cleanse all negative charms. Kinda like Shatter except with negative charms. This spell should be 2 or 3 pips (doesn't matter which as long as it takes all negative charms) and be storm school. KI please consider this idea it could really help with spammers in pvp.
