If you are talking about the Warehouse in Marleybone, do you realize that this is not "required". They changed this a while back.
If you still want to do the warehouse, you might have quicker responses if you check out the fansite at wizard101central.com. There are people posting on that site who volunteer to help.
If you have defeated Malistaire and you are at least Level 48, you should be able to get the quest for Celestia from Headmaster Ambrose:
