Ok, well Many people are gonna say I'm wrong, but I'm getting the feeling Ice has an inferior critical rating. At level 60, for example, I had 110 critical rating with typical equipment(frostbit, wand) so that hasn't yet really changed. But while other schools had less critical block ratings, their critical ratings were much higher; offsetting the higher block. Many players could go a little out of their way to increase their block ratings so I couldn't get a critical in entirely. but they could still hit me with them. Isn't that at least a little bit unfair? I can't get a critical block rating to block them entirely. Well, KI, can you please let the lvl 70 gear's critical rating be high enough so I can't be completely blocked? (Same thing with any other school that I'm missing. I don't want to be selfish if I'm missing them.)
