In shard quest. Lost tracking at "go to firecat alley to fight Alicane". Wizard 101 says this is designed that way (I think it's a bug they cant fix). Can't find firecat alley. Nothing on maps. Can anyone direct me?

I'm not sure "where" you are right now, but Firecat Alley does show on the map in Olde Town. It is at the bottom lower left corner of the Olde Town map.
To get to Olde Town:
start at The Commons in Wizard City, look at your map. Then go to The Shopping District. Look at your map again. Then go to Olde Town. Now you should see Firecat Alley on the Olde Town map.
Go on your quest list and select the quest you want to track. Remebver though, some quests don't allow quest tracking, for example the Smiths, where you have to find stuff by yourself. Read the help section if you're still having trouble.
