I just turned level 35 and dont know wheree to go to get to the second set of schools outside of ravenwood

Not sure "which" school you need ?

by the sound of it your talking about your level 35 spell

this isnt a spell learned by your normal teacher but rather a quest that is in gh

the requirements for the lvl 35 spell is
complete a certain quest in gh
be the right lvl

once thats all in set talk to the bear the birdy mr lincoln told ya to talk to
