Need help on Tome of the Fang!

Alright, I've already found the book and the scroll, i just can't seem to find the obelisk in the Vault of Ice!!!!!! Kinda making me aggravated!! Reply ASAP!

It's in one of the rooms of the Banshee Sisters. You have to beat them ALL again for it to show up after the final battle.

you will find it when you defeat the keeper of the fang.
