I posted this over on the Wizard101 Central but i thought people could also give there input here also:
Every time you complete a certain milestone of the game [earning a new badge, completing a world, defeating a boss, accessing a new area] you could be rewarded with a piece of concept art wall hangings!
I think this would motivate people to earn badges, continue with the game, or just be avid collectors.
